What’s your highlight when building and designing a home?

I enjoy all of the processes of building.  I even enjoy sewer installation.  Every piece of the puzzle is as exciting as the next but the real satisfaction comes when I hand the keys to the client and they love their new home.  That is the best feeling.

 

Do you have specific places to get inspired?

 I have travelled the world looking at architecture and design and Palm Springs, CA is one of my most inspiring places.  I am a modern architecture and design aficionado and love the architecture in the Desert. Palm Springs is becoming a world destination location and the energy and vibe is taking on a new, large life of it’s own.  Palm Springs has always been known as the renovation and “flip” capital but now that market has turned into the $2MM flip market.  More and more investors see that the cap has been removed off the real estate market and money is flowing like a river into the Desert.

 

Whats the most challenging aspect when designing a new project?

The most challenging aspect of designing a new project is getting the architect’s and client’s vision to meet many of the necessary infrastructure and building code compliance factors required today.
