Keeping the most important for last, to get into shape quickly, you have to work out every day for at least 45 minutes. And by workout we mean proper cardio or strength training. You can take Sundays off if you feel the need to, though. Weight lifting for a woman should be limited to a maximum of three to four days a week with added concentration on core training and circuits according to your body weight. While men should be lifting 4-5 times a week while concentrating on keeping their heart rate up. Stretching before and after your exercise is also very important.

Following this routine will have you in shape in less than 6 weeks. Results will be visible in no more than two weeks, so don’t wait for summer to come before you start your fitness routine!
