The best way in having a beautiful and fit body for the summer is to get in shape before it hits. The main areas you will need to focus on are you diet, your mentality and your exercise routine.

Giving yourself at least 6 week before the onset of summer is probably the best idea. Drastic and quick changes to your body may prove to be quite unhealthy.
